ServSafe Training

  SERVSAFE FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER

CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

This comprehensive one-day workshop assists restaurants and other food handling businesses in complying with AB 1978/Campbell.  Fees include textbook, food safety and sanitation instruction, demonstrations and certification examination fee.  Register with adequate time to read the textbook before attending class.  This course does not meet the prerequisite or graduation requirements for Hospitality, Restaurant, & Culinary Arts certificates or degrees.    Spanish edition of text is available upon request.

CALIFORNIA FOOD HANDLER CARD

The new California Food Handler Card law requires that all food-service

workers are required to obtain approved food safety training by July 1, 2011.

This three-hour class is being offered to ensure that all employees are

compliant with the California Food Handler Law.
