Key Performance Indicators and Supporting Data
Enrollment: The count of every student in every class in a given term. For example, if 2 students take 3 courses each in the Fall Term, that counts as 6 enrollments.
Retention: The percentage of students in a course who do not drop before census or are not auditing the course.
Persistence: The percentage of students who enroll in a given term and then return in a subsequent term.
Completions: The number of students who earn a degree or a certificate.
Transfers: The number of students who transfer to a college or university (California Postsecondary Education Commission)
Budget: The annual adopted budget reports (Business Office Webpage)
Student Satisfaction: Noel-Levitz survey administered in 2010 to ascertain student satisfaction with CR and its goals and services.
Employee Satisfaction: Noel-Levitz survey administered in 2010 to ascertain employee satisfaction with CR, its mission and work environment.
